Hard Drive Cloning for Mac

I have two external Hard Drives that I use to keep backup photos on my desk. Can anyone recommend a good app to maintain the two hard drives?

When I import new images into LR I also import the original files onto one external HD, then manually copy that folder to the other backup. I would like to find an app that can automate this, checking the hard drives to insure they are the same and copying new files to the other drive.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
