The theme for this challenge is The Nature Of... something. Show the nature of something; find that special something and use the camera to show it's nature somehow.

The challenge begins when posted, and will end on Wednesday, Feb 22, 2017 at midnight EST. The winner will be announced shortly thereafter. (Or more likely, the next morning.)

CHALLENGE RULES:
1. Camera: Any DIGITAL CAMERA is allowed, (not just DSLR)

2. Time: Any on-topic photo taken at any time is eligible, although photos that have won other competitions should NOT be entered.

3. Size: See standard P.O.T.N. Image Posting Rules.

4. Post Processing: Do whatever you like and the host will decide if it works.

5. Posting: ONE PHOTO per photographer in each challenge.

6. Details: Show camera model & lens used. Post brief EXIF data including ISO, shutter speed and aperture used.

7. Commenting: Please, NO COMMENTING DURING CHALLENGE feel free to comment in this thread after a winner is declared.

8. Content: Keep it clean, and both Family and Work safe.

9. Have questions? PM me.

10. Have FUN!

That is just fantastic. The interpretation of the squirrel's anthropomorphic state of mind lends your image a certain external factor that rises above the rest.

Gosh Thank You, I snapped this shot a couple days ago on a very stormy day in Minden Ontario Canada. I was trying for a shot earlier and got your normal Red Squirrel shot, This time the snow was really coming down very hard and the snow was piling up on him very quickly. it was all over in 20 seconds. This image has something that people seem to relate to. Thanks to Tom for poking me to put him in the contest. I had forgotten about this little bit of fun. Thank's Jeff .....Congrats to everyone
