Changes for Digital Photo Professional 4.6.10 for Windows :

- Supports EOS Kiss X9i / EOS REBEL T7i / EOS 800D, EOS 9000D / EOS 77D, EOS M6.
- Supports EF-S18-55mm f/4-5.6 IS STM.

This was news to me. Seems the new lens is shorter, fatter, heavier, and a bit slower than the old 18-55 STM.

New one is f/4-5.6 & 215g.
Old one is f/3.5-5.6 & 205g.

I'll certainly be saving my pennies for the upgrade! :)

This lens seems to be the answer to a question nobody was asking. Canon needs to dump this lens into kits. Nobody in their right mind would pay $250 of any of the 18-55 EFS lens.
