I have an unopened Canon iP3600 printer that has been just sitting for several years. Will it produce photo prints that are of good quality? Is it worth it to set it up and use as an alternative to the quick, down and dirty Walgreens print? Is this a cost effective option? Will these inkjet prints last as long as a commercial print?

Thanks for any help.
