Fight for Survival FInal

Here's the last image that I'll post of the struggle between the juvenile Peregrine Falcon and juvenile Herring Gull. Shortly after this image was created the Peregrine broke of its attack. The gull did not look like it was going to survive.

The Peregrine perched on a fence for a few minutes before flying into the woods. We left the gull where it was in case the falcon decided to come back to claim its prize.
