Shooting location - The ART Factory in NJ

Has anyone shot there? What was your experience like? I've heard the place is pretty sick, but a little pricey. What are your thoughts?

I had never even heard of the Art Factory until I read this thread. But I Googled it, and am intrigued by the concept. What is it that you plan on shooting there?

Looks amazing. At $500/month in the area, relatively speaking, of Manhattan, that's cheap.

But... with no real public transit it isn't viable for me. Maybe for a one-off shoot, but otherwise
