Is it really necessary to bump your posts everyday and underscore the title like that? This is little more than spamming.

Contact the mods if there is an issue. People bump their posts daily. I'm not doing anything different that others are not doing as well.
There shouldn't be a double standard. If mods find my posts inappropriate they can contact me or remove them or have me redo the posts.

No double standard at all. You're the only one using underscores in that fashion to preface the title, looks exactly like half of the spam email you see and I'm sure that was your intent.
