Missing Favicon

Both my bookmarks bar and tab marker don't display the forums favicon in Chrome anymore. I have tried removing and reading POTN to my bookmarks with no change. I haven't tried in other browsers however so I'm not sure if it's just a chrome issue.

Here is what I see:
