Hello folks - This might be a quick question... but maybe not
I was have been diving for few years now and want to start taking my camera with me to TRY taking some photos.
However, I don't want to purchase a underwater housing just yet without trying it out and see how much I'm actually going to enjoy. I don't want to take the enjoyment of diving away by trying to take photos.
I guess my question is, has any one rented underwater housing? And, if so, what was your experience like?
My concern is that I'm not sure how well these housing are maintained by rental companies and afraid that i might damage my camera.
I understand that it's likely different from rental company to rental company and I should find the most reputable one to borrow from.
Should I take out a insurance, or rent a camera body as well?
Or should I just get a gopro or something like that and try with that first?
