Not sure I'd call it a pin-up.
You did demonstrate how a wide angle lens can distort the size of the model's arm if its toward the camera.

I suspect that she'd not going to love you for that one. The WA lens perspective makes her arm look like a weight lifters, & the veins(?) look like her arm is hairy?

As already pointed out, the size and texture of her arm makes it looks likes she swollen up from an allergic reaction. Not the most flattering of looks.
