Also saw a Fox Sparrow and Lincoln's sparrow but couldn't get decent shots.

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

An excellent collection! Your juvenile White-crowned is actually a Song Sparrow (pacific NW form).

Ah, so it is. Dang, I had the photos mixed up. Saw the juvies too but in sorting through the photos, I mislabeled them. Thanks for pointing it out.
