How is this done?

This is a friends picture. She said she did it with long exposure (20 sec delay). I am shocked there is no motion blur and why would she be ghostly?

She walked in and stood for a while in that spot then back tracked on her path in. That long of an exposure won't pick up swifter movements.

Neat Had no idea. how is the snow not blurred?

I'm not certain about the snow. I have done the ghostly thing before. It's fun and creepy.
