Not when you're a 3 yr old beginning ;-)a She'll probably only play open strings for around a year.

Pinky needs to dance on the frog! That's what my Russian teacher always would tell me! ;)

J/k, cute shot!

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

I believe the seriousness of her expression (pertaining to a different photo) as been discussed in an early thread. Concentration....intense.

Well, done. I remember the other thread with your daughter and this topic.

Do you also have a version where her brows are not furrowed and her eyes closed? I think that'd be another way to compose (no pun intended) this shot.

Did you edit her torso? It seems a bit lacking in contrast compared to the rest of her shirt... understanding that there's much less folded fabric around her waist. Or maybe it's just so much contrast on her sleeves compared to her dress that's throwing me off. Deeper blacks on her dress could really make her pop.

Taking photos with a fancy camera does not make me a photographer.
