Fuji EF-42 flash setting question-stupid question

Hi, I feel really stupid asking, but ,
I just bought this flash for a birthday party, and in the settings it has 35mm mode, or digital(manual says aps-c ), I'm sure I should use digital mode, just want someone to confirm . Shooting a X100t.
When you turn this flash on, it always goes to 35mm mode

It's my mother in laws 75th, and I don't need to screw it up...he...he

Your camera is aps-c so use that mode. That is for the correct zoom value of the flash, 56mm or 90mm or 23mm etc...
Check out the flash display to see is the correct lens in displayed, 23mm in your case.
