A7RII Wireless Tether

After seeing the love that people are feeling for this system I'm considering switching. It's time to retire the 5d2's.

The number one reason I'm using Canon is workflow. I do on site package printing. The way it works is this: Camera is set to shoot JPG. Camranger automatically sends that JPG to a computer where it is processed and printed.

Since the Sony is not supported by Camranger i would need that functionality in the wireless on the Sony system. USB tether is not an option.

The only information I've found states that the transfer process is menu driven and not automatic. Can anyone tell me if the Sony will do what I need?

As far as I know, there's not currently a way to continuously transfer files via wifi automatically. I could be wrong, and would be happy to hear if I am. But as far as I know, images have to be manually transferred via PlayMemories app (I believe). I've used it, and it works well for just a shot or two, but if you're wanting to do this with a large number of shots (continuously), I don't think there's anything available at this time
