What we really need is a cartoonist to draw a couple of pics that brilliantly summarise the rights situation --I respond better to visuals than slabs of test. Hey! Could be funny and involve loads of toilet humour!

Well I for one think its a very useful article, and shall carry a copy with me when i visit the USA next week!

Well, no harm in posting something a second time, but it was discussed, e.g. in this thread.

Maybe interesting to read that thread to see what others think about it ... it's a bit of a controversial issue and certainly interesting.

Just remember that an article written by some attorney is not sufficient to supercede established laws, nor will it quell many law enforcement personnel.
