checking in on one of the spots i've been watching...last year the male falcon disappeared before the young hatched, so a new male has replaced him... i believe it's the same female as last year

Fantastic shots Andre. Were you there for a long time, or just get a lucky break on the mating shot?

was there probably about a couple hours...they mated probably 3 times in that period...normally i would never even show up at this time of the year, but i wanted to make sure there was another male to replace last years

the male here lasted about 4X as long as the male at another site i watch...that guy didn't even give me enough time to find them in the viewfinder before it was over with :lol:
