Thanks to everyone!. I'm generally a meat and skip the potatoes for more meat guy. Seafood is far more photogenic.

It's the first time I've ever won so I'm a little lost on how to start the next challenge. If someone could offer a little help?

Ming:

1) Copy/paste the instructions from an existing challenge.
2) Start a new thread and paste.
3) Fill in the subject line with the next number and new subject
4) Change the subject desc. of new challenge to your subject,
5) Change the dates - add 1 week to the 3 existing dates.
6) If you are using a MAC, the newlines have to be added back in, Somehow the do not get copied.
7) Submit
