A 24" octa box. Edit. Actually it's smaller than that. More like 16 inches.

Here are the original photos that I used for lighting. The sixth image was a shot of the room without my assistant and the light so I did not bother posting it. I shot it just in case I needed a "clean" image before I added light. These images have not yet been processed.
