Hi all

I'm having problems with getting my TT685c to fire off camera when using the X1. I've read the manuals but the flash won't fire? Flash works fine when mounted to camera but when trying to do ocf then it just won't fire?
Any ideas please?

Cheers

Matt

First does the flash fires off camera when using X1 in your hand? Then put X1 on your camera and try again. Maybe X1 is not seated properly in the hot shoe.

Hi there, it fires when it's on the hot shoe when I press the test button. The little flash symbol shows up in the viewfinder but flash doesn't fire when shutter is released.

The flash is in Radio Slave configuration, set to the same channel as the X1?

It's too easy to accidentally change channels on the X1. With all the features Godox added to the X1 from V12 onward, they have totally screwed up the X1 IMO but, with all the features they have assigned to the "CH" button (quick press, double quick press, press and hold, and don't forget press and hold for more than 2 seconds) it's real easy to accidentally make a change to the channel and over look it.
