I have a Canon EF 85mm f1.8 lens here that just sits. Thought I was going to do portraits more but wildlife/nature (my original love) is too dominant. It was used approx. 3 times, literally. I had my 50mm with me also and preferred that. Now it sits in my dry cabinet around 40% humidity. Purchased new June 2016 at Best Buy, can supply proof if needed. I saw it last night in my camera closet and took to writing the ad so no photos of it at the moment. It should appear as brand new, has a hood from amazon because it had flocking, I believe the Canon hood did not. Both caps, box and probably paperwork and packaging materials in the box. I'll have to check.
I don't have much cash to play with right now but I thought I might be able to trade it for a lens I'll get more use out of.
Ideas I have (not necessarily to mean the lenses are equal)
Canon 300mm f4 non-is
Canon 70-200mm f4 non-is
Canon 17-40mm f4
Sigma 30mm 1.4
Canon 35mm f2 IS
Fisheye
or ?
Condition isn't as important as being absolutely fungus free.
If trading doesn't work out I might sell it to try and get the new 35mm macro with those headlights.
