5D MK IV Noise

I'm completely new to shooting video as I finally "upgraded" from my amazing 10 year old 1DMK III to the amazing 5D MK IV.

I plan on only doing 1080p for now, installed the Technicolor Cinestyle profile and did a short video of me making coffee at 24p 1/50s F2.8 ISO3200. I was really surprised at how much noise there was in the shadows of this video (IPB Mov codec).

Is this because of the Cinestyle profile? I've seen samples on line that look pretty darn clean even at ISO6400++ in video.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!
