Came across this randomly whilst reading the mag at the airport. Bottom two right images are mine.

I'm probably missing something but the way this is worded it sounds like you didn't know they were going to publish your pictures. How could you not know they were using your stuff?

So a lot of times i will shoot marketing material for companies to use and send to magazines, websites etc. For instance, this bar had me shoot a bunch of cocktails and interiors. They then send it out to multiple platforms for exposure. My guess is that someone from Maxim reached out to the bar and asked if they had any photos. The bar then sends them what they have and then it gets published.

Not really, I sell the images at unlimited usage at a higher price. They can then do as they please with the images.
