Are any of you designing and printing/making your own attachments for your gear? I'm not sure if there's already a place for 3D design/print on POTN, but if not then here we go.

These are a couple flash attachments I designed for my 430 EXII strobe. I'll print them next week when my new printer comes in (the old model had a motherboard failure).

The translucent pieces that attach to the front will either be printed with thin white (and other colors) or will take general plastics from Home Depot and other sources.

These are screen shots from 123D Design (which is mostly what I use to design things).

I'll print next week and then try out these attachments, and then report back.

Get yourself a Lee Filters swatch book. They make a lot of sheet or roll material that would provide diffusion or color. Good luck with your project.
