Which version or generation of Kenko Tubes is this set?

Is it fully compatible with EF-S?

Has White Dot?

for what it's worth, and I am no expert on kenko, but i'm pretty sure any tube that works on EF mount will have the exact same functionality on EF-S.

Actually those are the old design that doesn't support use on the ef-s lens. Kenko made a newer version that supports both.

Oh, I was thinking about it from the standpoint of mounting the tube onto an EFS body, not mounting an EFS lens onto the tube ... which could be a limitation for some.
