May 06, 2019 18:59 | #51 From review, I heard it's a good lens. But from images as small as you posted, hard to see the real nature of the lens. The ones you posted look near equal with the Canon 135mm. vadenphotography.com

From a Canon perspective I would stick with it and be happy. It's already plenty sharp and the bokeh is good enough, but quite a bit nervous sometimes. And mostly I cannot trust Sigma for AF on a DSLR anymore... The Sigma on the other hand is much sharper, I mean I don't have to use high pass filter in PP to have that extra pop of sharpness. I was impressed by the Vanon, then by the Nikon 105 1.4, and then the Sigma is really impressive. It's a Canon boosted I would say. I now with a mirrorless system and the AF with Sigma is no more an issue ![]() TMaG82 wrote in post #18856585 ![]() I started watching the series starting on May 1st, gave myself motivation to watch one episode a night while doing cardio. Let myself slip a little bit lately with the first number of my weight starting with a 2, instead of a 1 like it has been for all my life. As I’m turning 40 in a few years (37 now), realized now is not the time to it go. What really put a scare into me was when I took my family to the Great Wolf Lodge last weekend and terrified to see so many... large people. Not just middle aged, but young kids who were much, much larger than my kids. Figured 70 or so episodes of GoT, one episode a night during the week for 45-50 minutes doing cardio and weekends off but still being active, and we’ll see how much weight I can lose. Going to weigh myself after each season to see the results. Is yours native E mount? I promised myself no more lenses this year but this might be my first buy next year Sony Alpha A7 Mark IV - Sony FE PZ 16-35mm f/4 G - Sony FE 35mm f/1.4 GM - Sigma 85mm f/1.4 DN Art - Tamron 70-180mm f/2.8
