The lights them selves hold some interest. They make me wonder if that was a cop car.
The star points from the street light are nice as well, but the location doesn't really hold any interest.

It looks like you have the technical end down, now you just need to find a spot that where your creativity shines through.

Yes it was cop car. I have a friend who is police officer ask them to stop by go up the street and turn her lights on and drive by me. The location, well I was at the fire station and so thats my view. I was mainly just trying to see if I could take a long exposure picture...thanks for your reply. The bottom photo, while the shutter was still open after she had driven by me she made a u-turn in the street to tell me she had a call and had to go.
