I am thinking about going with 86in simply because of how small my space is. I could accommodate 107in but it would be harder to work with and manage. I was wondering if people use this size for full body? I understand it does limit somewhat.

86" is commonly used in smaller studios and fine for full body. I bring it to locations because it is the longest roll I can fit in my car. The model has less room for lateral movement, but can still stand 6 feet from the background depending on lens compression. 86" is only 10.5" shorter on each side than 107". That difference can mean an occasional need to clone edges of the frame during post processing.

You can cut 107" down to whatever size you think will work in your space. I started a thread about it a few years ago to see what worked best. I think it was just a fine toothed hack saw.

I've cut a 104 inch with a power miter saw. Worked like a charm. :)

My only thing with cutting 107 to 86 is I then have 21" with no real use. I already have a product photography set up. I ordered Savages 86". I still havent used it though. Ive been working outside now that its nice out.
