What is the smallest (physically speaking) Canon DSLR that still offers manual Kelvin control in the menu? I would also like to be able to shoot a WB image and use that at time too. I would like to take short videos too!

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.

My 7D supports this, and I like it. Do you shoot RAW? The RAW file can be fixed if you miss your Kelvin setting. JPEG generally gives you much less adjustment.
