Im to do Baseball T&I photos this weekend. Due to weather they have change the shoot from outside to doing it in a gym. Any suggestions on size of Muslin or color I should try to get? I have a gray one but I think its only big enough to hang behind them. I think I want it to go under them also and be wide enough to hold 12-14 people. Any suggestions ASAP would be great.

Possibly consider no backdrop. Light them well and let ambient come in as desired. Depends on what's in the background. You don't want it busy and distracting.

Figure out how deep you are stacking them, determine the lens and fstop, put them (ideally) 6'feet from the background, note where you will stand and you can literally see how much space you need by looking through your cameras viewfinder at a wall.

I have, when forced by circumstances, packed as many people on a 12' background. Sometimes you have to be creative. Bigger is always better, naturally. I know a couple who, shoot sports teams, dancers etc regularly. They have 24' wide Muslins and put together two background stand sets (three stands, put together the lengths of pole and drilled a hole in the center section to accommodate the middle stand). They use a matched pair of muslins, one on the stands, the other on the floor.

Ended up with a 12x20 muslin. That was the biggest I could get. It was still too narrow. So now I'm going to clone in the back ground that I had to over shoot. Going with out a background was not an option. I was working in a meeting room at a YMCA. So it had all kinds of junk in it and full windows on 2 of the walls.

The couple would hang it the long way and put another of the same size and design on the ground.

Or use the existing floor if it isn't a problem.

Next time I think that's what I will do. I just need to get another one the same as what I have. The Camera store only had the one in the one color that would work.
