As retirement has arrived, it is time to reduce my equipment down to what I need for casual work rather than professional.
My Canon 1DX has a shutter count (according to the system status) of less than 25,000. It is an odd way of reporting it, as I would have said approximately 10,000 clicks if asked. Perhaps there is a way of getting a better figure.
The body is clean and unmarked save for the light scratches on the bottom right corner near the AF control when portrait (see images in gallery).
There are no dead pixels on the sensor. Comes with a standard LP-E4 battery and the slightly more powerful LP-E4N. The charger, UK mains lead, instruction manual (still sealed) and the ancillary cables are also in the original box.
Price is £2,500 on which I'm unlikely to move. This is less than the 2nd hand retailers are asking and my 1DX is typically in better condition than those offered.
I'm in Grantham in Lincolnshire in the UK and I'm often in Nottingham. Pick up is preferred. I'd rather we met face to face and both understood exactly what we were doing. It is best to know we are both happy with the deal. Consequently, I won't ship it to a relative in some out of the way place and thank you for the thought, but I don't need any trades
