Any way to get my yn600ex flash to work with a7rii

I had this and was gonna sell it because It doesn't work with my new camera.
Was wondering if there was a work around or if I need to sell the yn600ex setup and buy something specifically for sony?
I have the yn-e3-rt as well which doesn't seem to fit on my hotshoe mount fully


I just need something ez to bring around and cheap to get me going.
Restarted with sony and have 0 lighting haha.
I guess I could keep it as an optical slave maybe
