You can go to canon pricewatch's refurb section and see how many things are in stock, you can also have them email you when something is back in stock...they still go quick, but if you are on top of it you can score deals on lenses that seem to never be in stock Andre or Dre

I ordered one last night or should I say this morning. I know how fast they go so I ordered it as soon as I saw it. After I ordered CPW said there were 4 available. Just stated the fact they would probably be gone by the time everyone else got up and going because that is normal for that product. Philip

The EF-S 10-18mm lens is the only EF-S not discounted on the website. No luck via the Chat window, but a direct call did the trick and they were able to apply the discount. Just in time for the trip to Rome.
