Autumn Girl

This is the other half of my "New Teenager" session. Though the focus was on the other girl, she insisted that her sister (age 10) join us, so here are some favorites of her. She is definitely more comfortable in front of the camera (I call her my little poser,) so easy to get good ones of and hard to narrow them down!

1.)

These are all nicely done; if I were to pick, say, 3, they would be 1, 3 and 8. The first one holds a nice sense of enjoyment of the forest around her without looking self-conscious, etc; the 3rd one has a nice sense of whimsy/fun and the leaves are a nice, colorful foreground addition; the last one just shows a joy of being together for the girls. The other shots are very nicely lit, framed, etc; but sort of look like standardized, studio poses, IMO.

Thanks so much for the detailed analysis! Always interesting and helpful to read the opinions of others. #3 is my favorite and the one I printed already. #7 is a close 2nd. She is definitely a "poser."
