I was able to buy a couple of still shot 2 softboxes for $5 but i don't know what type mount will hold it. I have an s type bracket. I have a big and small softbox with the same type fitting.

looks like a universal speedring for a strobe/video head that directly clamps on to the head with pressure from the 4 screws.

First one is to mount the softbox directly on the casing of the flash, for flashes without bajonett.

Second is for speedlites.

I think you could get a bowens speedring that has holes that match up to the softbox rods so you can use your s-bracket.

Looks like they're meant to attach to the cheaper strobes that don't have proper mounts, like https://www.amazon.com …-SpeedLight/dp/B00E5L649G (external link). I picked up a similar style box a while back and used it on a 180ws light that I bought off eBay for $25. Can see it here - https://photography-on-the.net …showthread.php?p=17813253.
