omd mkII 300f4pro

A couple from last night these were single point it does seem to be the most accurate but not always practical as its hard to keep on the bird so I did miss quite a few shots .
I really do think the center point should have more power to focus i.e be more sensitive over all other points so the other point's Only help if the center cant get focus I'm sure this would settle the camera down a bit .

OMD mkII 300F4 PRO 1/1600 F4 ISO 400 Silent electronic shutter at I think 10fps Focus limiter set 4mt to infinity but I also use the bump shutter at time's to force the camera to refocus so I may shoot serval bursts in quick succession .

you often only have a 4 second window before the bird sees you - these are quite a crop as indeed it did see me just a little to early as it saw me move .

First, congratulations on some terrific images. I have an EM-I Mk II and still trying to figure out best configuration for birds in flight. I will study your notes and give them a try.

Those are great! I just picked up an E-M1 II last week, so this is very inspiring.
