Have shot gigs in a church a bunch of times before but this was the first time I actually felt conscious my shutter noise was on the loud side!

Steve Smyth for the most part was whisper quiet so I had to time my clickety clicks!

I just love #3 and the candlelight bokeh in #1 came out just right.

I once invited a photographer friend to a show of a Hawaiian Ukulele player that has many quiet passages in his set. This guy kept plugging away at his shutter while I was trying to record, ruined the whole recording. It made me realize how vexing that noise can be.

That's very beautiful. Old churches are great locations for photography.

The old churches really create a cool atmosphere for the performances.
