Was back at the Coffey County Lake/WCNOC Eagle Nest on the 12th. There were 2 eaglets, that were banded on the 4th. However it seems that this one, the oldest, is the only one left. The younger, much smaller eaglet was not seen by me or another photographer that accompanied me. I've talked to one of the officials that were on the boat that done the banding, and seen each eaglet. He said that the younger one appeared to only be half the size it should have been, and appeared very weak. So it's feared it may have perished.
Anyway this one did do a little exercising for us.
