She came out again for another photo shoot and managed a couple of shots before the battery went dead (should have checked I know)

I do too, was trying to see if I could get a shot of her fangs. Couldn't get the right angle, this is an uncropped shot and I don't think I could have got any closer

Here is my setup for these shots, tried some today but it was overcast and raining so could get much. I will try again tomorrow weather permitting.

This rain we had has kept the spiders in hiding for me :(
been noticing a lot more juvenile Redbacks out this month

Haven't seen any juveniles, this one popped out of the downpipe when I cleaned the gutters. I have been seeing more wolf spiders, we had a couple in the house hanging around the bug zapper. After I took some pics we put the outside only to find them back in again the next day :)
