Green shieldbug egg sequence

Sequence of shots of greenshield bug eggs on a blackberry leaf. I don't know how old they were when I first spotted them but from the sequence length I would guess they were fairly freshly laid.
5Dmk2/MPE-65/430Ex flash all shots focus stacked using zerene.

Davholla. As these were on a blackberry in the neighbour's garden I did cut the leaf off and bring it into the house over the weekend.
They hatched on the Sunday and I then stuck the lead to another blackberry leaf in my garden with blu tac.

Good idea - I found some last year and left them in place, I should have done the same.
