A very nice photo, the first thing i noticed was the "flash" reflection in her eyes, i believe it would look even better if you could polish that away.

By the way, the lines in the background, is that light reflection or was it raining ? definitely adds to the shot.

Well done.

I wouldn't remove the flash reflection from the eyes.

Flash adds a sparkle to the eyes that can otherwise look a bit dead.

The harsh lighting across her neck is distracting, but the flash in her eye is fine.
