I would like some constructive feedback for this image, mainly processing-wise. I played with Topaz Studio presets and made this artistic impression of one of my recent water lily images. I personally like the effect, but I was wondering how the image is generally perceived. Thanks!

At the size of the photo in the post, I can barely see any effect. Looks pretty much like a normal photo. I'm guessing a blur type of thing may have been applied. Probably more noticeable to you on your computer at full resolution.

I like it very much but my eye keeps going up to the top right - the purple thing.
I would also crop a bit off the bottom.

Thanks Patrick and Spike44.

Patrick: there is definitely an effect applied to the image, but you're right, it is not necessarily too obvious. I initially tried attaching a larger image, but the current size is about max I could post. In any case, thanks for your feedback.

Spike, I am attaching a little "tighter" crop, but I personally still like the initial image better. I think the crop closes it too much.

Again, thanks to you both for the feedback and critique!
