Is anyone else annoyed that the focus points will not line up on the grid lines...especially when you use the rule of thirds grids....had a great session last night, and that just drove me nuts...there are times I really want that point to line up on the 1/3rds....

I started to grow a beard due to a skin problem...and I often consider going the route of chucking the razor in a river would work....but then it gets a bit too scruffy for me and then a spend 30 minutes trimming it up to a nice shape....I would rather just chuck it...if I keep on in the direction I want to....it won't matter as much soon..and that would make me really happy!

Yes Travis, join the Dynasty!

TSE images have a distinct look...and I for one love them...the 24 is probably the next lens I invest in....

Nice work on these....

Thank you Travis. It's a very interesting lens to use in the field. I'm eager to try the tilt function.

There is no lens profile in Lightroom so you'll need to do some manual corrections.

Perfect lighting. Reminds of the old Dutch painters.

Thank you, MM. I'm pleased you are reminded of that look, as that is what I was attempting to emulate.

The earlier shots I posted were taken around noon. This was taken around sunset.

Canon 24 TS-E (not much shift from what I remember)

I'm the opposite.... I can go a week maximum without shaving and then I get irritable, dry skin. I usually trim to stubble length. But then I don't have a job or girlfriend where I need to look 'smart'

Speaking of next lenses....any of us here have the Voigtlander 40mm ??
I'm curious about it.

i bought it and returned it. Made me realise I need AF for what I shoot most (moving kids). If I had the spare cash I’d have it in my bag for still life and landscapes though

I know many study the lines/vertical; I'm just really digging the beautiful light inside and out.
