i think it works. TTL means through the lens so maybe that's how the camera-flash decide for the ISO.

I dont use flash enough to know the answer to this but it seems like it shouldn't work to me. The camera is picking an ISO based on the exposure needed and the TTL flash is choosing a flash power based on the exposure needed so for example you could have ISO200 and 1/2 power flash VS ISO100 and full power flash. Same resulting correct exposure but how will the camera and flash know what to do if you have both on auto?

the flash base it's adjustment through what the camera is seeing through the lens so i think the camera and flash work hand in hand with that setting.

Beautiful setting. The colors of the ocean remind me of the Carribean but the white caps on the waves tell of rough seas and a windswept shore.

The wind was crazy. I had my bag hanging from the tripod but i also had to put weight on it with my arms.

All great, Eddie, but that first one of Isla and Mum is magic.

How has Callum reacted to being usurped as the highly-paid 'number one model'? :-)

They are still kicking around. Vancouver's purple star fish were hit with a disease that almost wiped them out. My girls never seen them before till we explored Ambleside Beach.

Thanks! It’s a bit easier photographing Isla compared to Callum as he is a bit sick of me taking photos all the time and tries to avoid them sometimes :-)

I think it performs similar to the 28-70, but huge range. Downside is the weight more than the size. 780g or so.
