UM ok just wow. Now can I sell the 90 macro[/QUOTE

I'd keep the 90 for AF alone, and AF even with tubes.
p.s. we're 114 days away from departure/Bosque :) Been working on the camper
getting it ready.

ACK! I havent counted the days to figure out. I have to build a map to Ah Shi Sle Pah for a friend I will send it to you as well. Remember to put 3 rivers petro site on your trip map

We had some thunderstorms a few weeks ago and the GFI on the camper must have triggered I went out this weekend and found it not charging the batteries. Hope they are not toast.

July and August here are like winter.... we just hide in the house and hope the AC can keep up with the heat.

is there a reason why you went with a class B and not a class C camper?

I think I would prefer a Class B also. A few years ago, back in the late 90's, I owned a small Class A motorhome, a 1969 Dodge Explorer. I loved the wide, wrap around windshield and the driver's position ahead of the front wheels.

I also had a 1972 Jeep CJ 5 I towed behind it.

NICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a fascination with campers/rv's and American ingenuity. Of course ours is modeled from the Fiat Ducato of which 5,000,000 have been sold in Europe and
a lot of mods I've done electronically have been British or Australian.
Gene I bet you wish you still had that Jeep even more than the Class A.

Eriet that is sweet!! Love your Jeep too. Teardrops are yet another expression of the American dream. In the Bridger-Teton NF we met a young woman who'd 'sold out' and was living in a tear drop from one Nat.Forest to another.

It looks like it could be from a simpler, earlier time. I can see why you'd like it...me too.

I really had fun with both, taking them to the Salton Sea and buzzing around in the jeep once I got set up there. We used to go quail and dove hunting there during the season.

It was also fun to take the top down on the jeep and just take a Sunday drive too.

Wow, I just looked up the Surface Pro 3 and I believe that is the one I have. Shows you just how much I've used it. :-) The good news is that the one USB port it does have is USB-3. Yeah!

lol cool

I was curious because usb 3 has been around for quite some time. I also have the 3rd surface pro. i5-256gig. nice tablet pc, worked really well at the beginning but now i'm having heat issues. would heat up quickly even doing nothing and it makes the fan spin fast and gets loud.

got one more from this series. i'm pretty sure her lips are not this big before. She's the very first model I've ever shoot with. I was using 60D when I first shoot her.

Maybe she Angelina Jolie enhanced it. lol

Shot of my Backlight 18L backpack configuration with most of my lenses. The crease in my Mindshift filter holder is from carrying it in my PD backpack. The filters are fine.

is there a reason why you went with a class B and not a class C camper?

Charlie just now saw this, sorry so late.
1. mobility
2. ease of parking (we've gone downtown in several large cities and parked where a any big pickup truck could)
3. fuel economy....actually got 22mpg crossing s.Dakota
4. Most importantly ours was (well is, since we're constantly modding) a DIY project and a class B profile is readily
at hand via the Promaster, Sprinter, or Transit vans.
5. Cush level. Looking at us you know Poof and I are the 'hardy' type. We've both gone without a shower 5-7 days.
Bigger camper means more luxuries which we just don't need.
6. Smaller camper means a bigger challenge in having move via less :) here's an example relating to #5 above, if/when
we need a shower we can (though most of my showers are outside, coldest near Cameron Pass in Colorado at around 26F)
shower inside :)
