No 'scene' itself as I've decided to go a different route but liked this shot anyway. I finally got my 15' remote cord in and even though I need to learn my way around the Sony Imaging Edge software better, it seems to work very well. Of course, I have nothing to compare it with such as Capture One but to be honest, I don't care for the workflow in C1 and Imaging Edge is free. I think it's better than Lightroom tethering because I get a live view and that comes in very handy when I'm in a position where I can't see the camera LCD but I can turn the laptop so I can see what my adjustments to the background are doing for example. My back also likes the idea that I can sit while fiddling with the camera settings and then viewing the resulting image. I have to admit that making changes to the camera this way is slower than turning a dial on the camera though. I wonder if this would work for you in the field Alfredo as a way to see your images on a larger screen? I know it's far from portable though. UWA has very limited use for posed portraiture. I've tried getting creative, but the distortion on the subject usually ends up ruining to photo. I'd say UWA are useful for maybe 1-2 creative shots to add some variety to the set, but most of the shots will look best at 35mm or 85mm...depending on how much of the environment you want to pull into the frame. Plus you'll want the fast apertures to get more separation from the background and your subject. At 35mm, you've pulling a lot of the background into the frame, so you want to throw it out of focus as much as you can, and you want to pull more attention to your subject with isolation. Dual 200 should be powerful enough for golden hour. And yeah a lot less cumbersome to drag around than the AD360 or AD600 since you don't have battery packs to jack with. When the sun is still pretty high earlier in the shoot, it ends up being your fill light. As it comes down, you can split the AD200's into two separate lights and set one to key, and the other to fill.

Wow, Zoom and Pro models. https://bgr.com …hanks-to-british-catalog/ If anyone wants to buy the Mavic 2 upon release, I strongly suggest pre-ordering on release date. I am carefully speculating that they will sell out fast and remain sold out for weeks if not months, just like how the first Mavic Pro did.. I read that earlier this week. So tempting!! No 4K video? - Alfredo -

I do have C1 Pro 10.2 and just tried using that to tether after installing on my laptop. I have to say I've never used a program that made me feel dumber. My camera shows up, I can control the settings, I can even open the window to view live and to set focus points. But whenever I make an exposure, no image shows up on the screen to preview. I can find the images using Windows Explorer but they don't show up when trying to import them into C1. Could they make this any more confusing? At least Imaging Edge, while basic is something that just seems to work and fairly easy to figure out.

This is for the Sony RX10 IV Camera but it works the same with th a7xx camera as well. He does have the image quality set to jpg and is why he can add picture effects, etc. Gene - My Photo Gallery ||
