Gene, you were right. Client would like to know how much I would charge for the building owner and architect to have a copy. I have no idea how to license this. I don't think I would charge much.

I would charge a lot...to discourage them from wanting more. ;-)a

Artistic renditions are always more valuable than a mere photograph. :p

LoL, good one. Nah, I kept it to $75 per copy. The client is considering providing these sketches as prints when they complete a project for an architect or building developer/owner. I will offer these up to my other few clients, one of which is an architecture firm.

We get some Stainless Steel TIG jobs, which I don't mind in general, but occasionally they will bring an enquiry out, I'll look at it and "that's going to be a pain in the a**e.......!" "way too time consuming" "work a cost, add percentage, then double it!"

Anyway, probably the only sunrise of the holiday tomorrow, 4:00 alarm, Corfe Castle plus high humidity and dew point might make for some mist..... Fingers crossed....

Thanks. I will check that out. I sometimes like to use a free program called Fotosketcher. It can do a great job too.

off topic but I dont visit other forums than this one.

Do any of you use a curved monitor? does that mess up the world when you are trying to square up photo lines?

Interesting question (which I don’t know the answer to!). I wonder if it does

I've been using a curved dell ultra wide for years. gridlines work fine, and it's the most amazing monitor. The curve is very subtle, and works well. It's a 33 or 34" monitor, dont recall exactly, but it replaced my dual monitors, and I still have a dual monitor setup next to it! Overall, it's an amazing setup, cant imagine going back to anything less.
