Of the two, I prefer the circular one myself.

Both are really nice. I am partial to the round one for branding, but man, the right one has a great visual to it in the same way Addidas does.

Thanks Travis. I agree with you about the one on the right. I like its minimal style which fits with my style. Touch choice on which one I will choose. I'm on the fence on whether to include the circle on the left one.

If you're leaning (pardon the pun) towards the one on the right, have you tried adding a crossbar to the A somehow?

Maybe like this? (I just lined up the end of the crossbar with the outer width of the angled bar).

Nicely iterated Gene. I'm undecided if the horizontal stripe is needed, but it's very helpful to consider numerous possible options.

I also "lean" towards this one, but I would further add that I feel that the bottom crop of the "A" angle needs to align with the bottom of the "M", which will help ground the entire logo composition. The top is ok as is, but I'd also explore cropping horizontally to align with the top of the "M" or even cropping stroke vertically (parallel to the "M").
