Color options.

I'm obsessed with this dang logo.

I used Adobe Color CC to match colors. Sorry this is downsized so quality took a hit. I created it in Visio which is a vector program.

Were the 'shoulders' on the "M" that wide before? It seems a bit 'stocky' now for some reason.

Color choices are good to blend with the color scheme of the subject you're shooting. Your logo shouldn't distract or compete with the main image but compliment it.

Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky

This is a blend of three different Speyside single malts. I'm looking forward to trying it.

I really like the balance of tones in this, the warmth of the scotch replicated in the background is excellent. I just wish we could see the bottom of the glass and bottle.

Thanks Travis. Those are the kind of details I need to pay more attention to. Oh well, it will give me an excuse to shoot again later.

Thanks Eddie. Just seeing if a dual color scheme would work.

Gene, I did widen it a bit. Will go back to where it was after reviewing it. Thank you.

Almost does look like a lower case F.

Thanks Travis. Just experimenting. I'll stop posting my iterations until I get something I'm 100% happy with.

Anyone following the upcoming Nikon Z mount? Looks intriguing so far and appears to be very large for a FF sensor.

I have been and I'm excited to see what both Canon and Nikon have to offer:D

Gala Pie

QUOTED IMAGE

Lovely.
Reminds me of mums cooking.
Pork pie. If it had a boiled egg in it then it's a Melton Mowbray pie.
We had both.
Heard other versions of what's what.
Was never into what it was, just how it tasted. Yum.

Couldn't agree more about the yummyness, but disagree on the nomenclature. :p

A Melton Mowbray pork pie has bow-shaped sides as it is cooked free-standing, i.e. not in a mould. It also differs from other pork pies in that it is made with coarse-chopped fresh pork - whereas a Gala pie is made with minced, cured, pork, in a straight-sided (loaf) tin, and has boiled egg running right through the middle of it.

However, as you rightly say, it doesn't matter much what their names are - they are all absolutely delicious!
