dual monitors! how could you do with out? :P
honestly though.. On my bonus monitor that I use for media, I do wish I could have gotten a 4k monitor to view 4k. I decided not to because at that time it was meant for 1080p so I didnt think I need the 4k. Now more 4k medias are available so I will eventually get a 4k to replace the old.
but in your case, you already have a 4k tv, I think dual screen will be more useful for your needs.
btw I have that same case at work and I think it looks nice
one problem I have is if I installed an extra mechanical hard drive on the upper right section where the cd-rom is, it tends to rattle. I would have to stick some sort of object (used cardboard) to tighten up the fit.34" 3440x1440 without rescale, I'm liking more than dual screens.
fwiw, I use a dual screen setup right next to my 34" setup, and dual screen is nice for some stuff, but the single is generally nicer once I use snap-in software to make it behave like dual screens. When editing photo/video, I often use the entire 34" screen, and a divider in the middle would annoy me to death with dual screens. It's not all about resolution, but size as well, 34" is the size of dual smaller monitors, about 2x the size of my 17" laptop, but taller (more vertical realestate).

, controlling them all, I use a software kvm that is absolutely brilliant, by a company named "synergy". 1 keyboard, 1 mouse, 3 computers, 4 screens, navigating with a trackwheel (found about about through some CAD guys). Super fast to navigate the through all screens.
